- Place two fingers on your wrist or on your neck and feel your pulse.
- Take 30 seconds to consciously notice your heartbeat and feel your own rhythm.
- Now walk up the stairs at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
- Once you reach the top, place two fingers on your wrist or your neck again and feel your pulse once more.
- How has your heartbeat changed? Notice the change consciously.
