This Flow Zone invites you to pause for a moment and consciously experience your body in motion
- Stand in front of the stairs and bring your attention to your breath and your body
- Now walk up the stairs mindfully at a pace that feels comfortable for you
- Notice each step: How does your foot touch the ground? How do your legs move? How does your breathing change?
- When you reach the top, pause for a moment
- Take a moment to notice: What has changed in your body?
- Carry this feeling of presence, aliveness, and awareness with you into the rest of your day
