This Flow Zone invites you to pause for a moment and arrive with awareness.

Arriving

  • Sit down on the bench.
    (If there is no bench available, sit comfortably – on a chair, a sofa, or a cushion.)
  • Place both feet consciously on the floor.
  • Notice the seat beneath your body and the ground under the soles of your feet.

Noticing

  • Close your eyes.
  • Consciously listen to the sounds around you.
  • Feel the sensations in your body in the present moment.
