This Flow Zone invites you to pause for a moment and arrive with awareness.
Arriving
- Sit down on the bench.
(If there is no bench available, sit comfortably – on a chair, a sofa, or a cushion.) - Place both feet consciously on the floor.
- Notice the seat beneath your body and the ground under the soles of your feet.
Noticing
- Close your eyes.
- Consciously listen to the sounds around you.
- Feel the sensations in your body in the present moment.
