Hot thermal fountains
Around 150 years after the last medieval outdoor pool on the Bäderplätze was filled in, the return of thermal water to the cityscape is making public bathing possible once again.
The two hot springs in Baden and Ennetbaden were officially opened on 6 November 2021. Depending on the weather, the pools are between 37 and 43 degrees Celsius and are fed by natural thermal water. Here you can relax every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., enjoy the soothing warmth and recover from the stress of everyday life.
The public thermal baths invite you to revitalise your body and mind. Whether alone, as a couple or with the family: the thermal water has a soothing effect, invigorates the senses and creates a place where you can unwind.
